Last conversation with IO: Wait 6 months before u call, called on 10/20, so have to wait till 4/20.
 
I am there too. So far tried calleing to congressman, multiple infopass appointment, Raising service requests. Querry through attorney, calling NSC every 3-4 months but nothing is working. They don't even touch my case. There is no LUD after July 2007. MY PD is current from the beginning. Now I don't even check USCIS status for a month.

I hope we all get GC soon!!! Please update this thread if you hear anything on your case.
I called multiple times - they all say May 1 or April 30. One rude lady answered that there is no way they will be abl to process all the applications in April. Call in August :eek:

count me too. really very very frustated. called 6-8 times to NSC and response your case is not esclated bcos Aytes memo didn't apply to you. my NC cleared that is the reason and USCIS processing only NC pending cases but they didn't see cases filed in 2003, 2004 still pending and processing cases filed 2006, 2007.

Yep!! I am still here too...waiting!

Hoping that the date movement for EB2 India is not another USCIS "April Fool" game and that they "really" will be using available visa numbers to approve cases!!
