SKIL act won't pass!!

This is election year, and no act that provides any relief to even legal immigrants will pass. EB2 category for India will not move till visa bulletin for October 06.

Just cool down , because is coming soon !!! They celebrate 25 years of USCIS Service Centers in US , and they delay the buletin !!! So chill my friend !!!

It seems they released August Visa Bulletin. But there is an error in the page.
Open the following link you will see two July 2006 links. I believe it was a mistake. The first one might be August 2006(not July 2006) which is not opening.

You are right that was august visa bulletin.....

On more thing to understand here is they moved india EB 3rd into backward order.... and EB2 unavalable...
EB3 In July it was 15APR01 now in August it is 01APR01

god knows how these guys are working

I am screwed royally.
Time to change my signature.
I was current effective in 09/2005.
Then got retroggressed in 10/2005.
Was current again in 04/2006.

Now I am back retrogressed indefinitely.

This was kinda expected as its the year ending ...
But did not expect EB3 India to go back ..I doubt if they had enough approvals in EB3 india to retrogress it further back ...

lets wait for October bulletin and like many years we had been hoping , there would be light at the end of the tunnel .
