Well, it does seem a bit high, considering DV2013 had 16 NA selectees and prior years had very few DVs issued to NA. But all regions have higher numbers for DV2014 so it's all speculation now as to whether a case number is very high, or too high, or adequate.

Personally, I don't believe they would have selected way more people than they expect to be able to interview but time will tell. Good luck!
