Where do i take TB skin test

I got a RFE for TB skin test, is there any special place or approved place i have to take it, where can i find this information

Also make sure that you complete full medical test ( medical form I-693 )

My lawyer advised if at all possible to go to the same Civil Surgeon that I had used for the medical and if not then to someone from the list.

What is the duration to submit the TB Skin test RFE? Could you please advise as I got the indication that I alos got the Medical RFE. But still waiting for the official copy.
