where do I submit I-485 based on asylum for my stepson

USCIS website is confusing me. We live in California, where do we sumbit the I485 based on asylum? still neberaska or california service center?

Every thing related to Asylum HAVE to be sent to Nebraska. What they do with your application is another story.

Hi,

You have to sent it to NSC and u can also check ur Asylum Approval letter, the address is there.
