Where do I go to get EAD card ?

Hi,
Its been more than 3 months since I filed for I485 and have not received the EAD card. I am now eligible to go to the INS office and get a card from them.
My question is which office am I supposed to go?
Is it the same place where u do FP or some other place ?
I did my FP at ASC in San Francisco.
Could someone shed more light on this...
