You can get a Federal tax transcript from a local IRS office. Find a location near you at http://www.irs.gov/app/officeLocator/index.jsp Or you can order it and have it sent to you in 1 or 2 weeks ... http://www.irs.gov/efile/article/0,,id=232219,00.html

You probably don't need a state tax transcript.
