Where Can I Get the the Form I-176 Signature Card?

In the I-765, it mentions that one can get one from local INS offce. But, where can I find the "Local" INS Office?

Order 765 signature card from INS website.

You should get it in 1 or 2 weeks. Local INS offices can also be found from INS website under Field Offices.

If you are applying with I 485 or you have already applied for it, you need not include signature card.

I\'m using my 3rd EAD, and have never used the blue signature card. We were wondering about that each time we applied, but came to know from this chat group that it\'s not necessary.
