Where can I find the new photo request?

We are going to stamp tomorrow. Can anyone tell me where is the new photo standard?

Also, is there anyone going Baltimore for stamping? How early do we need to get there?

We didn't take infopass. It took us 3.5 hours waiting. But starting next week, they will take only infopass. No walk-in anymore.

It was easy. They just asked the passport, I-94, 2 photoes. Not EAD. We just signed 2 times and print index finger 2 times. Took around 5min.
