I am in dire and urgent need of the full-text version of the decision "AAO Addresses H-1B Cap Exemption for Public School"
issued 08-Sep-2006 by the AAO and mentioned here: http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=10567. Could anyone let me know how I can get it? I could not find it on the USCIS website. I am not a lawyer and not an AILA member, so I could not get it from the AILA site.
