Where are the OCTOBER RD approvals?

What is NSC doing?
Are they moving forward or backwards?

All approvals THIS MONTH on Rupnet seem to of July, August, September 2001 Receipt dates. There is none with October, November, December. Which is a good thing, because, we don't want them to jump to October before they get done with July, August and September.

As long as there is activity and others get approved, waiting is a little less painful.

No approvals but a bunch of RFEs!

There are a number of RFEs for OCT cases which means that they have atleast started working on OCT cases.

I just spoke with the IIO and they told me that for employment based apps they are working on August 01 cases and it will probably take another 2 to 3 months. My RD is in OCT and ND is Nov.

Yeah, I heard the same BS from IIO - We are currently approving August 1st cases and it will take another 3 to 4 months for October cases to be adjudicated.

BS!!! We know for a fact that there are lots of RFEs being issued for October RDs so approvals are just around the corner.

That's the value of rupnet - our only reliable source!!!
