I have been following this forum for a while, although this is my first time actually posting anything. I am not the primary aplicant, my husband is. He applied as an alient of extraordinary abilility (I-140/!-485 concurrently filed 10/1/2003). The I-140 was adjudicated according to the posted time lines. However, the I-485 is another story. We did FP2 (code 3) on 5/12/2007. Two LUDs since then but no discernible action on the petitions. I called TSC. They said the applications were in the queue to be assigned to an officer. It has been so long, it looks like it is never going to happen.
