Where are all the 98 waiters?

My details are almost eerily similar.

PD 06/97, RD 12/98, FP 5/00, RFE 6/00 and the RFE is for the company name change. My lawyer is also acting the same way, its been more than 2 weeks I recv\'d the RFE and the stupid lawyer has not responded back to the INS yet. Can\'t do much in terms of changing the lawyer this late in the game.

Oh well...

Nope.

How is your lawyer planning to respond to the RFE.

Mine is saying, he will submit evidence that the Federal Tax id of the company remained the same. That way, all that is changed
is the name and otherwise it is still the same company. He thinks that should do it. If not file for another I-140. I wondered if that meant starting all over again to which he said he would not speculate until the INS responds back. What a stupid lawyer. Can\'t even given assurances to his clients.

Feel like trapped.
