Total number of July cases alone = jan+feb+mar+april+may+june cases

So there is no room for August in the near future it will take atleast a month for INS to get to Aug cases.
 
I am sick and tired of waiting..

for all other RD months so far, approvals started within 8 months of filing. But for Aug and Sept filers no such luck. I hope they start parallel processing for these months soon.

Thats bcos August & Sep is after July(When the gates opened)!!!!!!
 
That sucks because

my I140 was approved in May01 after an 8 month freeze. My company told me that they filed my I485 in May itself. Latter I found out it was in Sept.
