When will RFE - for Medical results be issued?

Folks,

   I might get an RFE for medical exam results (as there might be few things missing). My I-485 ND is 02/00 and FP done 03/01. Will this be issued after an officer picks up the case and starts processing or Medical results would be verified even before an officer picks up the case. I am just trying to see whether i am past that (won\'t be getting RFE) or not. I mean if the medical results are verified separately before hand itself (let\'s say by this time) will it be OK to assume that everything is fine since i haven\'t got any RFE so far.

Any reply is greatly appreciated.

Why do you think you would get an RFE for medical. It is rare. Unless the doctor who did the examination forgot to write your name or forgot to sign on all sheets. They (the doctors) are doing this everyday in hundreds and hence I feel the chance of any error is very little. So don\'t worry. Be optimistic. Relax and wait for your turn to come.

Thanks for the reply, always smile. If there is a mistake like what u have mentioned, when do u think RFE will be issued ?

When, I am not sure, may be when the case goes to an officer before approval. If all the prescribed tests are completed, then thats it.
Some ladies who don\'t want to complete certain tests like the Mantox test for TB at the time of submitting their application due to pregnancy, or what ever reason, may be asked to complete the tests at the time of approval.
