when will my file for NC be picked up-:)

Guys,

I see that the USCIS announced
"Worked with the FBI to effectively eliminate all name checks pending more than two years and reduced the cases waiting for a name check final result from almost 350,000 in late FY07 to less than 37,000".

I think my file is 36999th in the pile -:) I hope it will be picked up during the deadline of 30th Nov 2008 (for NCs waiting for over a year).

Due to elections, I cant even send letter to First lady(she will be busy packing stuff..I dont want my letter to get lost in the mail:) I can send only after 20th January 2009 when new first lady will move in.

Hopefully I wont have to wait for that long. lets see.

At this rate, I guess I still have a long way to go, my PD is 10/31/07, :-(
I have a feeling they might not really be prioritizing name checks based on on age (how long they have been waiting)
