Seems to me that all that INS, for now, is clearing the EB2 I-485 with ND,RD Dec 2000 through April 2001.
INS has totally ignored I485 applications that were filed in the timeframe of July, Aug, Sept 2000. This randomness and the frustration of seeing others who have filed after you get approved before is unacceptable. Can we all do something about this?
