When Will I Get My Interview???

Depends on the Service center and local office. Even within a service center times vary dramatically - e.g., San Francisco and San Jose both are in CSC but former has 4 months shorter time period than the latter.
So where did you file it?

Depending on a million factors you will get it between now and years from now by the way things work. If you're stuck in a name check it could be a very long time. If not, it might be very fast. People have waited from a little over a month like me to over a year or more.

Since every case is unique, there is no set timeline other then you get it when you get it. You can try Infopass or calling up, usually they won't have any information for you if it's still in the name check...

The poster has FP in Aug 2007. Why an Infopass now?
Is there a timeline when Infopass is recommended? (after waiting for x months after FP?)

I think if you do an infopass after just one or two months after FP completed, the IO is probably just going to think you are being very impatient and may not answer much.
