when will i get my 2nd FP Notice

All, Still I did not get my 2nd FP notice. It is more than one week now since my spouse got her 2nd FP notice. We tried to give early FP at Baltimore, which they decline. Checked with lawyer, they got their copy for my spouse. I am wondering when will I get? Any Suggestions…..

If anyone knew the answer to that question, I am sure they would have opened a shop as an astrologer. There is no method to INS's madness. No point in trying to look for a system or logic because there is none. All that is left for you is either to wait patiently or if you are more aggressive, try to fight for you rights. Good luck!
 
Finally i got mine

Initially applied with wrong address, got corrected through my lawyer. But still it went to wrong address. Attorney office faxed their copy to me.

my patience has given up too...the fu##$#ers just wont send the s#$#t out...
every evenign i check my mail box and all i get is junk and bills....

sometime i am so paranoid that i look between the junk if the 2FP is burried in there...hight of paranoia

Hardly the height of paranoia, I have been going through the junk mail with a sieve just so I don't miss the damn letter, for the past 6 months. When I got it last week, I was so surprised that it was in a very official looking big envelope. You will NOT miss it if you get it. :) That was the lesson I learnt.

You might want to send a Level I fax and beg to expedite the process. Not that my fax helped, but you never know what helps.

One thing for sure....BSCIS has taught me to value my snail mail and keep my mail box in clean state all the time.

I received my 2nd FP on July 22, 2004.. but scheduled on first week of Sep..
just tried for my luck on 07/24... the lady told me to come after 2 weeks..eventhough there were no crowd!!
