When will I get copy of 485 approval notice in mail from USCIS

How long does it takes to get the approval letter and if I even get a courtsey copy of the approval notice?

My 485 was approved on oct 6th and I got the approval notice in mail on oct 12th.

For applicants from different countries other then India etc, theirs will still be approved concurrent right? If visa numbers r current!
