When will be the new bulletin?

Does anyone know when is the new bulletin coming? Does it release twice each month?

I think, we should see August VB some where mid of July 2007. It will be interesting. I guess, all dates will be 'U'. What a screwed up system? EB1 were current for all year long. What in earth made it 'U'? If i had enough money, I wud have filed lawsuit individually.

Do we trust VB now. They can update any moment way they wish.
I think, DOS/USCIS have lost their credibility !!

Yeah they have lost all the credibility!! And I am very sure and very sure until or unless 485 application are done and we have got RD's of 485 ,nobody is ever gonna trust all this VB stuff.Let see what happens next... and hope for the best!!!
