When will ATL RIR Regional cases go into BEC?

I'm posting for the first time though I have been watching for a while.

A few questions:

1. My application is supposed to be with regional ATL right now. My attorney said ATL does not provide receipts and case numbers. Is that true?

2. I only have the state level case number. How can I check the status of my application?

3. Do BECs have a schedule for processing cases? Which state and which level will get processed first? How soon would be ATL's turn for RIR cases?

4. If anyone has had their cases approved through a BEC recently, please advise how long it's taken you.

Thanks,
Wjcykus

1 - ATL does not send reciept. I have same Office.
2 - Through AVM using your employer's phone number.
3 - As I have been told by my lawyer ATL will process regional application for approvals, they wont forward those to BECs. But this is the current path any thing can change at any time.

Use company's phone number?

My company has many phone numbers. Which one should I use? How can I find out? Or should I use my attorney's office number?

Phone number you should use is in the one given your labor application (750 B form). But no use now, because ATL AVM is down from Dec 10th 2004. I spoke to ATL foreign labor specialist, she said they have moved to new building etc and so no AVM.

HTH's (uh... my 500th post :D )
