Hi,

Filled for I-485, I-140, EAD and AP in 08/07. Did not applied for wife at that time. Now I have to wait for priority date to be current in order to file for I-485, EAD and AP for wife or can file any time.

Yes you have to wait for your priority date to become current before you can submit your spouse's I-485.

My NC been pending for 2 years now.
Sent a WOT in july07 and got dismissed by the judge before the hearing.
