When to send H-400?

Hello all,

How many month prior to my 5 year legal presence in the country (GC) should I apply for a Citizenship (to send N-400)? My 5 years will be in June 2010.
Do they take in consideration that during this 5 years I was 2 month out of the country?
Does it count that prior, while in the US, I was waiting for the GC for about 3 years?

You can send it up to 90 days before the 5th anniversary of your "resident since" date on your GC. Short vacations don't count against you. Wait time for GC doesn't count toward residency requirement.
 
You can apply in Apri 2010l......(as stated that your 5 years as LPR will be completed in June 2010)...........but remember not more than 90 days, before your 5 year anniversary.
