Cadel is right, wait till you hear from USCIS. Unless they ask for anything it's no use of doing things in advance.

A family member had the same question. He is a ND 2004, and a few months back he received a RFI (medical exams), but the letter only requested medical exams no waiver.
His asylum case was based on HIV+ status. His lawyer told him to do and mail his medical exams, then, wait until CIS requests the waiver. His lawyer said that since his case was based on health status, CIS may not even request the waiver... it has been 3 months already and no sign of approval or waiver request.
