When to leave from US if L1 expires.

Hi,
I am in US on L1 working for company A. If i quit the company and company terminates me say for eg: Jun 30th. Am i want to leave US on the same day(ie Jun 30th) or is there any grace period?.

There is no grace period for L-1, I would leave witin 10 days.

10 days from the visa termination date ... did your employer terminated your H-1B?
