When to joining company to file I-140 ?

Hi friends,
Please help me, I am very confused now and unable to
make any decision.

My green card is filed by a company for future
emplyment. So I am not employee of that company. my
LCA is approved now.Please explain me when is the best
time to join that company. Please explain me in
reference to following scenarios.
1. Before I-140 is filed or after?
2. Before I-480 is filed or after?
3. Within 180 days after filing I-480 . Do I need to
transfer my H1b to that company in that case.
4. After filing I-480 and after receiving EAD? Do I need
to transfer my H1b to that company in that case.
5. After 180 days of filing I-480.
6. Join only if I receive any query after I-480 is
filed.
7. Join after I receive my GC.

-----GC is for the future job, you can join now or after I-140 is filed
2. Before I-480 is filed or after?
-----------You can join before I-485 is filed or after

3. Within 180 days after filing I-480. Do I need to

---- You can join any time, if you get EAD join by EAD or join by H1 transfer

4. After filing I-480 and after receiving EAD? Do I need
to transfer my H1b to that company in that case.
------ If you get EAD join by EAD or join by H1 transfer
5. After 180 days of filing I-480.
--- Any time before filing I-485 or after filing I-485, If I am in your situation I will join before filing I-485
6. Join only if I receive any query after I-480 is
filed.
I-485 is your application and you have to reply the RFE
7. Join after I receive my GC.
---- It is better to join before your I-485 is approved
