I did concurrent filing in Aug 2002. two months after applying for 485 I was laid off from my employer.

I started work for different company on H1 with all similar. My salary is around 10% lesser.

Recently (3 days before) my I-140 got approved. I am in the dilemma of informing the BCIS. Should i inform it immediately? If I inform immediately will they think of fraud?
Some people are telling me to wait for RFE. Some other advised inform them little bit late.
I did not get attorney's appointment until next week.

Please guide me about when to inform.

--- Not your fault

----- What fraud did you commit? You did not commit any immigration fraud, you were laid off and past employer filed I-140 for you and your I-485 was also filed with I-140, it is up to you to inform BCIS, so that they know where you are working consult good lawyer send similar/same job letter and AC21 letter with copy of I-485 receipt

---- ---They are also correct because when BCIS sends RFE you know that what they need and lawyer can reply back with the required document asked in RFE letter, recently one of my friend who is client of Sheela Murthy was in your situation and she advised to keep quiet till BCIS does not send RFE after receiving RFE she will reply to BCIS. The reason she gave that if they send any info now it may not be attached with pending file for many months but if RFE is replied it is immediately attached to the file and most of the time the file is with the particular officer who generated RFE and reply goes to him/her. every case is diffrent better ask your lawyer

---------You should talk to your attorney and he/she knows better what to do in such situations.
