When can I get my green card? Below is a brief discription about my case:
My husband is a U.S. citizen. I filed I485, I131 and I130 last June. I got my I131 on August 8 and attended the interview on 9/7/06. I passed the interview but we were told my name check status was still pending and once the name check was done, the green card would be mailed to me. However, due to my husband's job change, we had to live in HK for about 3 years. I haven't come back to the U.S. since we departed on 9/9/06. I plan to come back this May with my I131(advanced parole) and stay in the U.S. for about 2weeks. Last month, I informed USCIS of my U.S. address change.
