When to expect Receipt Notice for I485???

We sent I485, EAD and AP applications on August 25 2002 to Texas Service Center.

Any idea when we can expect receipt notice??

You should receive at any time. I-485 receipt will goes to lawyer and AP, EAD receipts comes to you directly. I got mine in less than a month.

I-485 receipt time for TSC

I also applied from TSC for I-485 around last week of August,2002. Have not received the receipt yet.

If you have already received the receipt please let me know.

Note : My attorney told me that it normally takes 3-4 days since the checks are cashed by INS ( 2- 4 weeks overall) .

You will receive your receipt soon provided you enclosed appropriate fees and you sign all the documents
My friend's applications were return twice. The first time he forgot to sign and time he did not enclose appropriate fees.

Mine were different the day my bank cashed my checks; it was that very day I got my receipts. I live in Tennessee mine took only two weeks to hear from INS.

I got it on 30th of September. Although my attorney posted it on 22nd August , the receipt date (RD) is 20th of September and Notification Date (ND) is 24th of Sepetmber...
