When to count 2 years for Conditional GC

I know that you receive Conditional GC if your marriage is less than two year old. At what time, the marriage is required to be two years old, The day I485 has been submitted or the day you receive the Green card?

The day your AOS is approved, which most often is the day of the interview, but sometimes can be later if you are stuck in FBI namecheck.
 
Can AOS be approved before an interview? or USCIS approves AOS only after conducting interview? Does USCIS approves AOS on the same day of inteview?

If you have an interview, then AOS will be approved the same day as the interview or later.
 
when you get the card, look at the date that is on it,them mark your calender and post the application to remove condiction status
90days before the second anniversary of gething the card
