Hi,

I got my green card based on employement and on the GC it says 11/01/07 date becoming PR.

When can I start applying for citizenship?

Up to 90 days before you have accumulated 5 years of continuous residence as a LPR and have at least 30 months of physical presence in the US when you apply.

One more thing to be added to the previous reply..Your Continuous residence as a Permanent Resident should be 5 years that too without leaving the United States for trips of 6 months or longer.
