When to apply for I-751 - Removing condition

I just arrived in the US, after getting my marriage-based GC last month. I understand I have to remove conditional PR status by applying I-751. I am reading it has to done 90 days from arriving in US. I read elsewhere it is 90 days prior to the second anniversary of getting GC.

I am confused. Please help clarify.

When you get your 2 year GC in the mail, it will have an expiry date on it. You file an I-751 in the window covering the 90 days prior to that expiry date.
