When the January-02 will Start

Al right Guys,

We had this disscussion in the past. Lets start it again. From the rupnet statistics it looks like at least 23% of december cases(Approved + RFE issued) are just touched. I think we could see by the end of the week this could touch 30%.

I am afraid of onething is that they are going to finish the december case then they will start January. Or may be by the end of this week we should see some January Activity.

As per stats before from this board, we will see approvals for january when december stats reaches 40%.
 
Jan 02 case already started

A friend of mine case (EB1) was transferred to Boston a week ago, his RD is Jan 02. Check you on-line status.

Dont want to burst your bubble but it took 3 months for VSC to move from Nov to Dec.
