When should we expect Oct 99 ND approvals for Indians.

My details are;
EB2 India PD Nov 1998 I485 RD Sep 99 ND Oct 6th 99.
FP done on Feb 21st 2001 cleared by FBI and sent to VSC on Feb 23rd.
Waiting in an endless loop. VSC is working on Oct 15 99 cases for last
two months now.
Any guesses..............?

I am in the sam boat. ND Oct 4/99, EB2, PD 1/98(EB3 to EB2 case), FP 1/21/01. I am hoping to see some approvals in April for us.

I did my Finger print last week but I have not called the FBI.

Talked to IIO last week. They are telling that case was still under review. I don\'t know when I will be getting the "moksham"
