When Should the Employer give the Salary noted on the LC?

Hi Gurus,
My Current salary is not the same as the salary noted on the LC. At which stage should he give the Salary noted on the LC?

Any Ideas are Welcome

From day 1

I guess from day 1, you should be getting at least the salary posted on LC.

I do not think it is the day 1. The employer has to pay LC salary when the 140 is filed or approved

I think

GC application is for your future employment.
So the salary mentioned on LC application is the salary you get after getting GC.

I agree with chao chao. My attorney said the same, that is from day one after getting GC.
