hello everyone,
As we all know that Asia will be current on july. I am doing AOS. I want to know from you guys that when should I file my AOS. Can I sent my i-485 and AOS fee in June? My medical is done. I will send the DV application fee (375 USD) in this week. Should i file my AOS and AOS fee before july.
Need some advice how should I plan to be on the safer side.
I think last year I have seen ppl who have filed their application 2 months before their numbers have been current.
