When should I file my I-751

on the form instruction saying that i should I-751 within 90 days before my second anniversary of my green card expire; does weekend (saturday or sunday) count as 1 day also? I just want to make sure my application dont get rejected because some simple date mistake.

My conditional green card expired on 03/14/2009

is that mean i can file I-751 on or after 12/15/2008?
is it better wait 1 or 2 days after 12/15/2008 just on the safe side?

"Filing jointly. If you are filing this petition jointly with your spouse, you must file it during the 90 days immediately before the second anniversary of the date you were accorded conditional resident status. This is the date your conditional residence expires."

What this means is that, if your conditional green card expires on 03/14/2009 and you are filing jointly, you should file Form I-751 during the period 12/14/08 through 03/13/2009.

The closer to 12/14/2008 the better but NOT before. So yes, filing on 12/15/08 is fine.
