I did search this forum. There are several posts that mentioned it should be 180 days in advance but my lawyer said application received earlier than 120 days will be rejected and there is no refund of the fees. I am quite confused. Is there anyone who can confirm the early application (between 180 and 120 days) was processed successfully? I am in the TXC and my EAD expire on the early December. Thank you very much.

apply it now, mine also expires in DEC already applied last week and check was cashed

apply it now, mine also expires in DEC already applied last week and check was cashed

Just to be safe apply 150 days before
My lawyer recommends that it's better to apply atleast 150 days before - just to be safe in case of any RFE , you have enough time to respond.
