my I140 approved after 5 years- oct 17th 2005
I485 applied june 29th 2005 -receipt date-july 15th 2005 with i245 and $1000.penelty
prioty date in i-140 apprpvel is march 6th 2000
also my spouse receipt date same-with i245-$1000. penelty
finger print done- june 17th 2005 and oct 6th 2005
ead issue for me and my spouse aug-2005
after fp done lud change-oct 7th 2005.
but my spouse file tranfer to atlanta ga.
so why they kept it mine? also processing time says june 27 2005 for 485
mine is july 15th 2005 also i am near to prioty date march 2000.
