when sending I485 + 130....do I need to send a copy of I130 with 485 ?

folks,
When I send 130 + 485 together, and choose "an immediate visa is available for me..."
in I485 petition, do I have to attach a copy of the I130 even tho they both are in the same package ?

the form 485 says....

I am applying for adjustment of perm status bcos:

an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you animmediately available visa number, if approved.)

Are they asking for a copy of 130 petition to be attached to the 485 ???

you are filing the I-30 with the I-485
