When July case is not approved yet, maybe no RFE

I have an idea that if the July case doesn\'t received any RFE yet it will mean, that they will get approved without RFE. Since when they request RFE it will take another month until they approve it. Maybe the remaining Jully cases will not have any "unnecessary RFE".

Let\'s not predict it too early. There could be zillion reasons in the INS ways of processing. If INS processing time-dates passed July then we can predict that. It\'s too early I think. There are tons of cases to be approved from July. The ones that happened so far are lucky ones. Let\'s wait for the not so lucky ones and then comes the turn of unclucky ones. Let\'s hope there won\'t be many unlucky ones and there are lots of not so lucky approvals to come in the next two eeks or so.
  May the lady luck smile at all the July cases and show them the Liberty statue.
