hi Everyone
I am the person often worried ahead of time.

so I am wondering what should I do when it is time to renew my conditional GC, marriage based. Would I received any letter to remind me?
Is there anyone very kind to tell me what forms I need and any additional information I need?

Would I need another interview? Fingerprint?medical exam and all the evidence again? :o

What if I moved while I am holding the conditional GC, should I report anywhere?

I really hope it is not going to be as complicated as the first time. Should I collect all the evidence from now again?

I know 3 years after I have GC, I can apply citizenship, anyone know what forms I need than? :o

sorry for so many questions. thank you for everything :D

You have to file the I-751 in order to remove the conditional status on your permanent residency card.

Yes, if you move, you're supposed to inform USCIS immediately.

When you're ready to apply for citizenship, you use form N-400.

If you read the instructions on the forms, you will find out that yes you will be fingerprinted again, and possilby need interviews, etc. You should first find the forms and then read the instructions.

Cindy,

USCIS webpage gives you the necessary forms for removal of conditions and naturalisation.

You have to keep track of when to file. USCIS does not send this reminder.

Anytime you move, you file AR-11.

Keep evidences of joint relationship. I always kept a folder going throughout the marriage. I always ended up making another copy for my USCIS..I always joke, besides family, they need to know every detail of our lives..

Good luck, don't panic!
