When is applicant required in USA ??

I came to USA recently to file for my I-485 as I have to be physically present in USA at the time of applying for AOS.

I want to know at what I485 stages should I be in the country. I am currently working for my company by staying in India and coming to USA is causing lots of trouble.
 
You need to be present for
  • Filing 485
  • Wait unitl you get 485 filing receipt
  • Need an AP (so you can travel in case your AOS is approved whille you are out of country) -so need to get AP before u leave
  • Be here whenever you get fingerprint notice
