Hi All.,

First iam giving thanks to immigrationportal.com people
and members for sharing the experience with US INS.

could any body give the answers for me as below questions.

1) when i will expect to get I 140 approval and EAD clearence.

My company attorney filled for GC as concurrently(EB3) on Nevember 26th /2003

in this case i would thankful and greateful to you.

ur ead may come in 3 and half to 4 months,,,140 is total luck I suppose..standard timings are 1 year in vermont..

check timings at BCIS website...

thanks Smag for ur information. so far i did not get any RFE on EAD, AP, I 140 and I 485. May be i will get this month.
