When I should reschedule the FP appoinment?

Hi All,
My wife has FP appointment in Newark on Nov/30, since she won't be here, so I need reschedule the appointment for her.

When should I reschedule? May I do that on the Nov/30 (directly walk into Newark office and reschedule) or I need do it earlier?

Do I need send a letter to Newark office or just walk into there talk to them personally?

Hi everyone,
I have got an FP Notice from CSC today saying that FP for my wife and myself is scheduled for December 14. At present my wife is in India and she is not likely to return by the FP time. Is it possible that I can do my FP on dec 14 and reschedule her. Will it have any serious implications on the I-485 processing ? My other option is to reschedule for both me and my wife. Which one would you guys suggest ?

I suggest you should go directly to the Newark ofc by making an appointment through INFOPASS and at the same time write a letter to them. I did it too.

My I-140 is approved on Aug, and this Sep I have changed my employer with EAD :)
