when I can receive AP receipt?

I mail my AP application on Dec 3,2003,
My check has been cashed on 12/08/2003

But I still not receive AP receipt.
Anyone has any idea when I can get it?
 
Something wrong with your AP. application.

You should (must) call sevice center tomorrow.

AP Receipt

I applied my AP on 12/3/03 and my check got withdrawl on 12/10/03 i got my AP receipt 12/16/03

In your case call INS and find out
