One of my friend received RFE on 9/12 regarding BC and employment verification. His RD is 7/26/2001, ND - 9/12/2001

You can expect your approval/RFE any time now.
If you check rupnet.com you will see that a couple of August/2001 RD's have been approved already.

It seems like LIN 01 24X XXXXX cases are being processed currently.
what is ur number. Mine is LIN 01 26X XXXXX. maybe it will take couple of more months before my case is processed.
my RD is 8/6/01
 
sk446...why do u say a couple of months??

Looking at rupnet,I see that NSC is working on LIN01-255 to
LIN01-257 cases
so if ur ND is around 09/14,I think u shd expect some movement around early October 2002,if nothing else goes wrong

thats my guess, looking at rupnet.
NSC is also going thru their old backlogs and also processing current (3rd/4th week of July) cases.
So by the time they reach Aug 2nd week I guess it would be 2 mths.
Again this is just my unscientific guess. Lets hope its much faster!!!
