When Employer letter is needed during CP process

Hello Gurus:
I have to send back completed DS230 to my employment based immigration. Will employer letter will be sent with DS230 to NVC or taken to consulate at the time of interview. I did not find any instructions for employer letter with DS230 package from NVC. Guidance will be highly appreciated.

You should have it with yourself for interview. It dosn't need to send it to the NVC,
