I am applying for LC through non-RIR process.
My company has run the aid of my position on a newspaper for 3 days.
I was told that if there is no one applies for 30 days or no one is qualified, I will be able to get the LC.
My question is that when the 30 day-period begins?
Does it begin on the first day of the aid or the first day after the aid?
